Instructions:Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper in a baking dish Mix dates, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor until the mixture is smooth Spread the date caramel mixture out evenly in the baking dish that has been prepared, and then press it down hard For 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden Take it out of the oven and let it cool all the way down Set aside a bowl that can go in the microwave In 30-second increments, melt vegan chocolate chips with coconut oil in the bowl Spread out the melted chocolate layer on top of the caramel layer that has been left to cool Put the dish in the fridge for at least an hour so the chocolate can set Cut into bars and enjoy once it's done!
